Privacy Policy
GGG Apps respects user privacy. Our apps are generally designed so that users can play or use them without creating an account and without directly providing personal information to us. Some apps may use third-party services such as advertising or analytics SDKs. Those services may collect device information, advertising identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, or similar data in accordance with their own policies.
GGG Apps はユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。当方のアプリは原則として、アカウント登録や個人情報の直接入力なしで利用できるよう設計しています。 一部のアプリでは広告配信や品質改善のため、第三者サービスのSDKを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、各社のポリシーに従い、端末情報、広告ID、アプリの利用状況、診断情報などを取得する場合があります。
1. Information We Directly Collect / 当方が直接取得する情報
We do not require users to create an account, submit their name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personal information in order to use our apps, unless a specific app clearly states otherwise.
当方のアプリは、個別のアプリ内で明示しない限り、利用にあたって氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報、写真、連絡先などの個人情報の入力を求めません。
2. Third-Party Services / 第三者サービス
Some apps may use third-party services to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve app quality. These services may automatically collect or process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred by network information.
一部のアプリでは、広告配信、パフォーマンス測定、不正防止、セキュリティ維持、品質改善のために第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスは、端末識別子、広告ID、IPアドレス、アプリ操作情報、クラッシュログ、診断情報、ネットワーク情報から推定されるおおよその位置情報などを自動的に取得または処理する場合があります。

3. Advertising / 広告について
Apps that display ads may use Google AdMob or similar advertising services. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the user's region, age settings, consent status, platform settings, and applicable laws. Advertising providers may use identifiers and app activity to deliver ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud, and maintain service security.
広告を表示するアプリでは、Google AdMob等の広告サービスを利用する場合があります。広告は、ユーザーの地域、年齢設定、同意状況、端末設定、適用法令等に応じて、パーソナライズ広告または非パーソナライズ広告として配信される場合があります。広告事業者は、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、サービスの安全性維持のために、識別子やアプリ利用情報を利用する場合があります。
4. Children and Families / 子ども向け利用について
Some apps may be suitable for children or family audiences. We do not knowingly request children to directly provide personal information to us. When an app is intended for children or includes children in its target audience, we aim to configure advertising and third-party SDK usage in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies, including Google Play Families policies.
一部のアプリは、子どもまたはファミリー層の利用を想定する場合があります。当方は、子どもに対して個人情報の直接入力を求めることを意図していません。子どもを対象ユーザーに含むアプリでは、適用される法令およびGoogle Playファミリーポリシー等のプラットフォームポリシーに従うよう、広告設定および第三者SDKの利用を管理します。
5. Data Sharing / データ共有
We do not sell personal information that users directly provide to us. Data processed by third-party services is handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect users, our apps, or the public.
当方は、ユーザーから直接提供された個人情報を販売しません。第三者サービスによって処理されるデータは、各サービス提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。また、法令に基づく場合、またはユーザー、アプリ、公共の安全を保護するために必要な場合には、情報を開示することがあります。
6. Data Retention / データ保持
Since we generally do not directly collect user account information through our apps, we generally do not maintain user account records. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to each provider's retention practices.
当方のアプリでは原則としてユーザーアカウント情報を直接取得しないため、当方がユーザーアカウント記録を保持することは通常ありません。第三者サービスが取得するデータの保持期間は、各サービス提供者の方針に従います。
7. User Choices / ユーザーによる選択
Users may be able to limit ad personalization or reset advertising identifiers through their device or Google settings. Users may also uninstall an app at any time to stop further app-based data processing from that device.
ユーザーは、端末設定またはGoogle設定から広告のパーソナライズ制限や広告IDのリセットを行える場合があります。また、アプリをアンインストールすることで、その端末からの当該アプリによる以後のデータ処理を停止できます。
8. Changes to This Policy / 本ポリシーの変更
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, third-party services, laws, or platform requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
アプリ機能、第三者サービス、法令、プラットフォーム要件の変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。最新版は本ページに掲載します。
